After a 10 to 20 minute wait, we got great service. They were very helpful. We had great food for a decent price. An order discrepancy was quickly resolved by the manager. We had the blooming onion as an appetizer followed by the normal bread that they serve. The bar service was very quick. The steaks were cooked to perfection; however one steak was ordered incorrectly by the server and the issue was resolved by the manager. I have been to Outback in Honolulu and Charlottesville, Virginia, but this was probably the best service. The manager comped us nearly $10 because of the mistake that we were perfectly happy excepting.

I am a huge fan of outback but this is the worst one I ever been too. Place was empty as I was sitting at bar. Meal took half hour to come out and never got bread because they ran out. I ordered a 12 ounce medium cooked steak...The steak came out well done and burned. When my food came out, I was never given or asked if I needed things like salt, pepper, or ketchup as none was readily available. It would of been nice to have some ketchup and salt for my fries but oh well. For the place not being that busy an hour before closing time, it isn't acceptable. No discount offered for below par service or even a sorry. Unacceptable. I would avoid.

This is a steakhouse where the steaks are rarely cooked to the correct temperature. Salads are better..

Great steaks, great service. I had the portobello parmesan filet, good variety, and it was cooked to perfection. The appetizers could be better, but again, you come here for the steaks.

We were seated right away. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection! Service was slow. The waitress wasn't friendly and rarely came around. All the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there for some reason...drinks were great! I'll go back Cuz of the good, not the service.

Food was less than acceptable, but the server was decent. French onion soup was salty and not really that hot, but overall good flavor. Potato soup was cold, extremely thick--okay tasting Blooming onion was horrid!!! Way overcooked to the point of burnt, it came out in a pool of oil (fry cook didn't let it drain in the fry basket) and when we sent it back the manager came out. She offered to replace it or exchanging it for something else, but at that point I really didn't want anything else from the kitchen. She must have been in a bad mood, she had a real shitty attitude and kinda acted like it was our fault the food sucked! Salmon was waaay over cooked and dried out....pounded a gallon of water just to get it down...it was like jerky fish. The side sweet potato was really really good....I ate all of that! Porterhouse steak was tasteless so we ordered steak sauce. Ended up taking 3/4 of it home for the dog. Mash potatoes were good. Bread n butter were good...actually the best thing they had! Normally you can get decent food at outbacks in other towns, but the one in Panama City is 0 for 3...I'm the fool for going back after several months. They need a kitchen manager that ensures the cooks can prepare basic food and the front house manager needs to go back to customer service training. This all happened 5 Oct 2014, 8:00 PM Sunday night Definitely the last time I'll be walking thru those doors!!! STAY AWAY FROM PANAMA CITY OUTBACK.....IT SUCKS!!!!!

Had their sirloin and shrimp off the gluten free specific menu. It was so nice and fancy. The waitress was very sweet and helpful, I got to try out their mini strawberry milkshake that comes in a small glass milk jug a holiday gimmick but I liked it. The steak was cooked to my request and that was a big plus for my day. Will be back, thanks mate!

Everyones got to have, "try the Blooming onion" on there Bucket List if you haven't already had one... Its pretty game changing! Must haves: Seared Ahi Tuna (way better than Bonefish's), Grilled Chicken on the Barbie and the Filet. These three items always make my belly smile! Margaritas here are so-so, I always stick to whats on tap when I'm here. The inside was remodeled not to long ago and they did a really nice job, its modern and cozy with a side of Aussie. Plan on waiting because its always packed. If you don't feel like waiting the Curb side service is pretty nice. Call ahead then park by the side door and they deliver it to your car..... Thats a great idea but id rather have a drink at the bar and watch sports center!!!

Simple functional lunch for $9.99 prime rib sandwich, adequate for the price. Friendly, efficient service. It is a C Level place, personally I prefer the Longhorn if I am dabbling in this market. This location now open for Lunch.

Don't waste your money or time. Food poor and service as well ... No value for your money here ... Try Bonefish, a much better restaurant within a few hundred feet of this Outback.

This outback was just remodeled and I like the new look. Has an island fell to it and is very comfortable. Service has always been good here and the food is alway great. The prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend this place for a great steak and beer.
